Refunds & cancellations

Cancel before work begins for a full refund. After work starts, I will refund any unfinished portion of the agreed update.

If I cannot deliver the agreed service, I will refund the undelivered portion. If something does not match our agreed scope, contact me so I can address it. Refunds are not based on sales performance; sales, traffic and revenue are not guaranteed. Email roberta@wghill.com with your order details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
